U19: Birkirkara FC 4-1 Qormi FC

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team returned to winning ways in the Youths League Section A League, when they defeated Qormi FC with a comfortable 4-1 score.

Carlo Zammit Lonardelli put the Stripes ahead after just one minute and Ayrton Attard made them two on the ninth minute. Gilmour Sammut reduced the gap for Qormi on the twenty-fifth minute, as the Stripes ended the first-half with a narrow lead.

The Stripes were superior in the second half and scored two goals to made sure of the victory. Nevin Portelli scored the third goal on the sixty-third minute and Ayrton Attard scored his second personal goal and Birkirkara's fourth on the seventy-eighth minute.
