Under-19's Team return to winning ways

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team returned to winning ways in the Youths League Section A as a solitary goal by Ayrton Attard five minutes from the end of the first half enabled them to defeat Pembroke Athleta FC with a 1-0 score.

The Stripes enjoyed an edge over their opponents for long stretches, but it was a goal five minutes from half-time by Ayrton Attard who struck a wonderful shot from outside the box that gave them the three precious points.
