Under-19's Team defeated by Mosta

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team's unbeaten run of six matches undefeated in the Youths League Section A came to an end when three goals in the second half handed Mosta a comfortable 3-0 victory.

The Stripes, who had three important players missing namely Andrea Curmi, Clint Zammit and Kurt Zammit, will now be hoping to end their league commitments on a good note when they face Hamrun Spartans, who are already relegated, in the next and last's league match.

With one match to go, the Stripes are in the fifth place with twenty-eighth points, four under second-placed Mosta and three under St. Andrew's and Balzan while they are two points over Pieta Hotspurs. Hibernians are leading the table with thirty-eighth points.
