Under-19's Team defeat Hamrun Spartans

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team registered an important victory in the Youths League Section A, when they returned to winning ways by defeating Hamrun Spartans with a 3-1 score.

The Stripes registered this victory thanks to a brace by Kurt Zammit and another goal by Russell Gatt De Raffaele to leap-frog Pembroke in the seventh place and level points with the same Hamrun. However, the latter have a game in hand.

Birkirkara will be involved in their league next match on Thursday, 26 March when they take on rivals Valletta FC. The match will be played at the Centenary Stadium and is scheduled to kick off at 20:00.
