Girls Under-16's Team lose to Gozo FC

Birkirkara FC Girls Under-16's Team suffered four goals in the last ten minutes to leave the Nadur Grounds with nothing to show for their efforts as they lost their two-goal lead and suffered a 4-2 defeat to Gozo FC.

Goals by Michela Felice and Mariah Sciberras gave the Stripes a two-goal lead but Gozo madea four goal comeback, to emerge as winners in a highly entertaining match.

The Girls Under-16's Team will be involved in the next match on Sunday, 21 December when they take on Pembroke Athleta FC. The match will be played at the Gharghur Grounds and is scheduled to kick off at 11:00.
