Under 19's Team lose to Valletta

Birkirkara Under 19's Team suffered the league's ninth defeat when despite surging ahead, Valletta turned the match in their favour as Birkirkara were defeated with a 4-1 score by the Citizens.

It was Godwin McKay who puts the Stripes ahead but Valletta made a fine comeback to win the match and stay in the haunt for the Premier League.

After Day 17, the Stripes are in the 6th place with 22 points and they will be facing Floriana next week where the Yellow-Reds will be hoping to end their league commitments on a positive note.
