Under 19's suffer fourth consecutive league defeat

Birkirkara Under 19's Team suffered their fourth league defeat when they were beaten by Hamrun Spartans with a 2-1 score.

Following the three consecutive defeats against St. Andrew's, Pieta Hotspurs and St. Patrick's all with an identical 2-1 score, the Stripes performed a fine performance against Valletta in the Youths' knockout what seemed to be that could put the Stripes back on track in the league campaign, but this was not the case as the Yellow-Reds suffered their fourth consecutive 2-1 defeat.

Godwin McKay was only scorer for Birkirkara.
